NLI's initiatives in response to the war against Israel

The National Library of Israel (NLI) has mobilized to help the people of Israel and the Jewish people through this painful period in our nation’s history.

Although not on the frontlines, the Library has been working actively on the home-front: setting up temporary schools for displaced kids, running online educational activities and cultural events for the homebound, aggregating documentation and testimonies for the historical record, and more.

NLI is uniquely positioned to fortify the spirit of those most impacted by the war and also to strengthen all of Israel's people, Jews, and Jewish communities worldwide, and to serve as a source of general inspiration.

We are proud to have acted quickly in launching the following new initiatives that are helping to bring strength and spirit to so many communities, in Israel and abroad.
