Biographical summary דבורה ברטונוב (12 במרץ 1915 – 19 באפריל 2010) הרקדנית המימיקונית, כוריאוגרפית וחוקרת מחול ישראלית, כלת פרס ישראל למחול (1991). בגיל תשע, דבורה ברטונוב, בתו של יהושוע ברטונוב, ממייסדי תיאטרון "הבימה", התחילה בלימודי בלט ופנטומימה בתיאטרון הבולשוי. מאז, הופיעה במקומות רבים וזכתה בפרסים מהיוקרתיים בעולם. בשנות השבעים והשמונים עסקה בעיקר במחקר וכתיבה בנושא מחול אתני, דתי ולאומי.
