הסדרה כוללת: מחברות סקיצות ורשימות שכתבה ציונה שימשי בין השנים 1963-2018. המחברות כוללות סקיצות לפסלים, תכניות ורשימות לתערוכות שאצרה ציונה, ביניהן תערוכת 'מחמורו של גוטמן לחמורו של משיח' שהוצגה במוזיאון נחום גוטמן ב-2002, וכן תערוכות היחיד של ציונה '10 שנים אחרי', 'ראש כואב והזיות' ועוד. בנוסף במחברות סקיצות לטקסטיל ותיעוד עבודה בשיתוף חברות כמו 'משכית', 'שטיחי ארבל', 'רקמה'ועוד, וכן עבודות טקסטיל וקרמיקה למלונות, ובהם מלונות דן, הילטון ועוד. בנוסף כוללת המחברות רשימות אישיות שכתבה ציונה ובהן רשמים מביקורים בחו"ל, וכן ספרי אמן בנושאים שונים שיצרה ציונה ובהם ציירה והדביקה קטעי עיתונות. הסדרה כוללת גם שני מיכלים שלא נשלחו לסריקה ובהם יומנים שנתיים מהשנים 1981-2014.
