כרך שני מתוך שני כרכים הכוללים תצלומים בשחור-לבן של סימני בעלות אשר נמצאו בתוך ספרים שנשדדו מיהודים בימי השואה. סימני בעלות אלה, ובכלל זה חותמות, חתימות, תוי ספר (Ex Libris) של אנשים פרטיים ושל ספריות ציבוריות, תועדו מתוך מיליוני ספרים שנאספו על ידי הצבא האמריקאי החל משנת 1944 בעיירה אופנבך, כחלק ממחסני הרכוש שנשדד על ידי הנאצים בימי מלחמת העולם השנייה. אלבומים אלה נוצרו בהוראת קפטן אייזק בנקוביץ' (Captain Isaac Bencowitz), קצין בצבא ארצות הברית שהיה ממונה על החזרת הרכוש היהודי הגנוב לבעליו או חלוקתו, בין היתר, במסגרת מבצעי "אוצרות הגולה" ו"תקומה לתרבות ישראל" (Jewish Restitution). התצלומים של סימני הבעלות סודרו באלבום באופן גיאוגרפי. האלבומים הופקדו לצמיתות בספרייה הלאומית בחודש מאי 1947 על ידי יוצר החומר, מר אייזיק בנקוביץ', טקסס.;כרך שני: מערב אירופה ומדינות שונות. המדינות העיקריות שבהן מופיעים בעלים יהודים של ספרים בכרך זה:;אוסטריה, צרפת, בלגיה, גרמניה, בריטניה, איטליה, הולנד, שוייץ. כמו-כן, מופיעים סימני בעלות שונים של ספרים שמקורם בארץ ישראל, ארגנטינה, ומקומות נוספים. בסוף הכרך נוספו תצלומים של משלבים (מונוגרמות) וסימני בעלות אחרים.
