Scope and content הדפס כסף מתצלום שחור לבן, מודבק על גבי לוח קרטון בגודל 24X30 ס"מ. בתצלום נראית קבוצת נערים ונערות חברי תנועת הנוער "המכבי הצעיר" בחברת מפקדי התנועה, היושבים במרכז השורה האמצעית. תצלום זה נעשה באולם ספורט, כנראה באחת ממושבות השרון. תחת התצלום הוטבעה חותמת "מכבי צעיר - מפקדה ראשית" ונוספו חתימות ראשי התנועה המצולים: דוד אלמגור, חיים ליין, נפתלי שנלר. על התצלום לא צויינו שם הצלם או מקום הצילום.
