Scope and content תצלום שחור לבן ובו רפרודוקציה ממגילת היסוד שהונחה בתוך אבן פינה ליסוד שכונת "תל משה", בסמוך אל חוות מגדל. במגילה נכתב: "ביום שמנה עשר לחדש אייר שנת חמשת אלפים שש מאות שמנים וארבע לבריאת העולם השנה הארבע עשרה להוסד החוה מגדל על ידי החברה המוסקואית Tiberias Land und plantagen Gesellschaft השנה השביעית להצהרת בלפור [...] הונחה אבן הפנה לשנים עשר בית הראשונים ברובע תל משה אשר בעיר מגדל החדשה המתיסדת על ידי החברה האמריקנית 'מגדל בית וגן' על שטח אדמה שנרכש ע"י החברה מאת החוה מגדל." על המגילה נראות חתימות שנים עשר בעלי הבתים הראשונים וכן חתימות הנוכחים בטקס החגיגי, ובהם מרדכי בן הלל הכהן. תצלום זה נתרם לספרייה הלאומית בחודש אב תרצ"ד (1934) על ידי מרדכי בן הלל הכהן.
