זוג עותקים בלתי-זהים מאותה גלויה, ובה הדפס רשת מציור המציג את אוריאל אקוסטה (ד'אקוסטה) בבית הכנסת. ציור זה הוא וריאציה על הסצנה שנכתבה בידי קרל גוצקוב (Karl Gutzkow) במחזהו: "אוריאל ד'אקוסטה". על הגלויות לא צויין שם האמן. באחת מן הגלויות נדפסה הכותרת תחת הציור בעברית בלבד, בצבע אדום, ואילו בגלויה האחרת, נדפסה הכותרת גם באותיות לטיניות ובצירוף הברכה העברית: "לשנה טובה". שתי הגלויות מחולקות, והן הופקו בפולין או ברוסיה בראשית המאה העשרים. גלויות אלו לא היו בשימוש ואין עליהן כל פרטים באשר למקום או זמן הפקתן.
