ציור דיוקנו של החזן אשר ליון, עוטה טלית ואוחז בסידור תפילה: הדפס אבן, שחור לבן, 24X33.5 ס"מ, הופק בעיר ברלין. תחת דיוקנו, נדפס הפסוק "תהלת ה' ידבר פי" וכן שמו ותוארו בגרמנית: Ascher Lion - Ober Cantor an der Haupt Synagogue zu Berlin. על ההדפס לא צויין תאריך כלשהו, אך יש לשער כי הוא הופק בשנות החמישים של המאה התשע עשרה. על פי החותמת שבגבו, הדפס זה נתרם לבית הספרים הלאומי בראשית המאה העשרים, על ידי ד"ר יוסף חזנוביץ'.
