במהדורת פאריס תרל"א כתב המו"ל יחיאל ברי"ל, שהוא השתמש בשלשה כתבי-יד מאוסף גינצבורג, ואחד מהם הוא העתקה שעשה אליעזר אשכנזי מתוך כ"י שהיה בעיר תוניס.
לפי תאורו של ברי"ל בהערה שכתב בדף א' במהדורה הנ"ל, ולפי בדיקת שינויי הנוסח שהביא ברי"ל מכ"י ג', ברור שכ"י זה הוא כ"י ג' הנ"ל, שהוא העתקתו של אשכנזי.
עם הערות אחדות מאת ברי"ל.
