בניקוד. בלי השירים "אחד מי יודע" ו"חד גדיא". עם הערות, בין השאר: "ז"ל אני שמשון" (31א), ו"כן כה' האשרי" (34א). מלות הפתיחה - חלקן באדום וחלקן מעוטרות בצבעים. בשולי הדפים ציורים צבעוניים מעשה ידיו של המאייר האמן יואל בן שמעון (הצבע הכחול נתמסמס ודהה במקומות רבים, בשל המגע עם נתזי היין). שמו של סופר כה"י הוא כנראה "יהודה", מפני ששם זה מופיע בראש דף 23ב באדום ועם סימני הבלטה. 47א: לאחר הברכה על כוס רביעית, נאמר כאן בלשון אשכנז "נו טרינק אוש" כלומר - עכשיו שתה. ההגדה מסתיימת במשפט "סליק מה נשתנה" (47א). בקרב קהילות אשכנז נהגו לכנות את ההגדה כולה בשם "מה נשתנה". באוגוסט 2023 הוצא קונטרס A.3 מתוך כתב היד לצורך תצוגה וקיבל ברקוד נפרד. נושא נוסף: תפלה הגדה של פסח מנהג אשכנז נושא נוסף: ציורים ועטורים נושא נוסף: ציורים. פתיחות The National Library of Israel Jerusalem Israel Ms. Heb. 6130=34 Yale University Library New Haven, CT USA Ms. 143 Rothschild Family Ms. 92 קלף הדף הראשון חסר. |

כה"י היה כלול באוצרו של הברון אדמונד דה-רוטשילד בפאריס (מס. 92), ונשדד ע"י הנאצים. אח"כ הגיע לידי פלוני בשם F. T. MURPHY בוגר אוניברסיטת ייל שבניו-הייבן, והוא הורישו לאותה אוניברסיטה בשנת 1948. בשנת 1980 גילה חוקר תולדות האמנות פרופ' J. MARROW את זהות הבעלים האמיתיים. הברונית אלמנת ג'יימס דה רוטשילד מלונדון, החליטה למסור את כה"י לספריה הלאומית בירושלים. בהגדה היו חסרים שני הדפים הראשונים, ודף נוסף בין 22 ל-23. בשנת 2007 הוצעו דף מס' 2 והדף שבין דף 22 ל 23 למכירה בבית מכירות בצרפת, וכחצי שנה לאחר מכן זוהו על ידי ד"ר אוולין כהן - חוקרת אומנות מארה"ב כשייכים להגדה זו. הדפים נרכשו עבור הספריה והוחזרו לכה"י. ניו הבן - אוניברסיטת ייל 143 HEB.
