Presents documents concerning the Nazi period in Laupheim, Germany, including the "Kristallnacht" pogrom, exclusion of Jews from economic life and Aryanization, emigration, and deportations. 23 Jews from Laupheim were deported to Riga in November 1941, four were deported to Izbica in April 1942, 13 were deported to Auschwitz in July 1942, and 43 elderly Jews (who had been in a home for the aged) were deported to Theresienstadt in August 1942. 21 of the latter were sent from Theresienstadt to Treblinka, where they were gassed upon arrival. All of the Jews deported from Laupheim perished. Pp. 109-114 contain a list with details on the fate of the victims.
