בראש הספר הקדמת המדפיס, החתומה: "יום ב כב מרחשון רמ"ו ... פה העיר שונצין". בקולופון: "נשלמה חקיקת המאמ' ... פה שונצינו ... בעשרים ואחד יום לחדש טבת שנת חמשת אלפים ומאתים וששה וארבעים".
בשנת 1931 הוציא יוליוס ורנר 2 דפים ממאמר ג (קונטרס ח, דף ג-ד) מהספר הנ"ל שהצנזורה הרומית פסלה מההוצאה המקורית בכמה עותקים מהספר. סימנו בבית הספרים: 47 B 76 4 R.
