בתיק: סקיצות, רישומים אדריכליים, תכניות, חזיתות, חתכים, תכניות עבודה המתייחסים לבית חרושת לזכוכית 'פניציה', ככל הנראה בחיפה. הפרויקט תוכנן על ידי משרד האדריכלים מוניו וינרויב את אל. מנספלד ככל הנראה בין השנים 1949-1954. בין חומרי התיק תכניות פרצלציה, בינוי ומדידה, פרטי בנין והעתקי שמש של חלק מהתכניות והשרטוטים.
