    עמ' 768ב: הקדשת כתב-יד זה ל"שר שלום הנשיא", ובהמשך הוסמך "מפי אדונינו ר' שלמה הנשיא ראש גלויות ישראל המכונה מולא נפיס אל דולה ואל דין"

    בהמשך מובאת רשימה גניאולוגית בדבר יחוסו של הנשיא למשפחת ראשי הגולה בבבל עד "דוד המלך" ומעבר לכך, נעתקה ביד שונה ומאוחרת יותר
