    הכתיב מתאים מאד לנוסח המוסמך

    ניקוד: פתח גנובה מוסט ימינה אל תחת "ר" במלים כגון ריח. וכן כיוצא בזה. יש מעט שימוטי - סימון בניקוד. חטף-פתח באות "לא גרונית": לעתים מסמן אותו כגון ברכו (בראשית כז:כז) וגללה (בראשית כט:ח) ולעתים - אינו מסמנו, כגון: אגרשנו (שמות כג:כט) וכו'

    סימני חטף-פתח ופתח+געיה (היינו דרכי הסימון) ראויים לציון: ניקוד יששכר לפי בן-נפתלי בשינויים בניקוד במחלוקת בן-אשר ובן-נפתלי מנקד כבן-נפתלי: ליראה (דברים י:יב)

    תפוצת הגעים ממוצע, ואולי אף בשיעור קצת יותר כך

    בתחום הטעמים, ההטעמה והגעיות. הסגול - הפוך. אחרי משרת בא לעתים מקף (לא-סדיר). פשטא מוכפלת גם כתיבת ניחח וכו'

    אך חשוב ביותר, בדיקת מדגם של מקומות החילוף ה"ספציפיים" - ורובם בנושא סימון-געיה מעלה שב%95 מן המקומות הוא תואם את בן-אשר (בחילוף "הכללי" שעיר-עזים מאידך - הוא נוהג כבן-נפתלי)

    המסורה: מלבד המסורה הרגילה מצויות מקצת רשימות של מסורה מצרפת ומלבד דגמים של סוג אכלה ואכלה, מצויים גם הטיפוסים האופייניים למחצפים

    במסורה לבראשית מא:נ (למלה ילד) שהוא מקום שיש חילוף בין בן-אשר ובן-נפתלי מסומן בגליון המסורה קטנה: לבן אשר ילד (בפתח במקום בקמץ כמו בבן-נפתלי). וגם מצויים רשימי "פלג', " נוספים בגליון המסורה הקטנה

    אולי יד מגיה עשתה התאמה חלקית של סימני געיות וכיו"ב כדי לשוות למחצף דמות בן-אשורית
