Description:
A prominent Hebrew journal published in Odessa, Berlin and Jerusalem in the late 19th century and the first decades of the 20th century. It was founded by Ahad Ha'am (Asher Zvi Hirsch Ginsberg), who was also its chief editor, until replaced by Yofek Klausner, who edited the journal in Berlin and Jerusalem. Among the writers and contributors to ha-Shiloaḥ were: Ḥayim Naḥman Bialik, Mikhah Yosef Berdyczewski, Y.L. Peretz, Yosef Haim Brenner, Sha’ul Tshernichowsky, Zalman Shneour, Shimon Bernfeld and many more.
