תיאור Teams representing Israel and the PLO are now drafting the agreement which is to be signed by July 25, 1995 possibly at the White House. Meanwhile life in Nablus continues normally. There is the ever present pall of black smoke from tires youngsters burn in its streets forcing motorists to maneuver around them. There is the occasional whiff of tear gas Israeli soldiers fire but the IDF has already pulled out positions and observation posts. The market stalls are overflowing with produce as residents are facing restrictions on sending their goods to Israel proper and Jordan. Photo shows a fire barrier in Nablus one of Nablus' squares.
