The foundations of jurisprudence

Sayyid Amjad H. Shah Naqavi has provided a critical edition of the Arabic text, along with an English translation, and analytical introduction. Al-'Allamah al-Hilli participated in leading debates of his day and applied his vast erudition in philosophy, logic, and theology to the paramount subject of jurisprudence.
