Scope and content	תפילות ומזמורים שאומרים לפני נטילת ידים וברכת המזון (מזמורים כג, קלז, סז) ברכת המזון לילדים, פסוקים לומר לפני השינה ברכת "אשר יצר" ועוד. ההוראות ביידיש, באותיות צו"ר. כנראה נדפס באותה תקופה של "סדר מאה ברכות", ויניציאה: בבית זואן דגארה, שס"ז (פריט 152 בקטלוג של אוסף ולמדונה) ולפי זה קבענו את התאריך. הטופס פגום. יתכן שנדפס שמו של המדפיס והתאריך.
