Description:
Al-Hadaf (The Goal) was a social magazine for young people that was published twice a month. The owner and editor-in-chief was Jabi Dib, and the deputy editor-in-chief was 'Ali Dajjani. The first issue was published on November 21st, 1945. In its first issues, the magazine focused on cultural and sports. Later issues, however, covered political topics about the people and for the people. It did not identify with any political party other than the People’s Party. The magazine continued publishing only for a few months, in which it tried to promote the social, scientific, and economic renaissance of Arab youth in the country. Its slogan was: “Words are easy, actions are difficult. Let us let the difficult speak for itself. It is more beneficial that way.”
