תחילת השיר: ברכתו זאת חשפי אש ידידות אב
Scope and content שיר ברכה ליום הולדתו של צבי הירש [הרמן שפירא] במלאת לו שלושים וארבע שנים, מאת אביו הרב שלמה בן צבי שפירא. בשיר עשרים ואחד בתי שיר בני שתי שורות חרוזות היוצרים את דמות הכוכב. בתי השיר כתובים בדיו סגול.
הבית הראשון פותח: "ברכתו זאת חשפי אש ידידות אב בעז כחה נוראית תבקע צור החלמיש".
השיר כתוב על קלף בצורת כוכב כשבמעגלים הקונצנטרים שלו הכתובת: למזל טוב שאלתי לב טהור ברא לו עליון ורוח נכון חדש בקרבו לעד שלמה בן צבי, לכבוד בני היקר צבי הירש נ"י.
