نسخة عثمانية مزوقة نفيسة، كتبت سنة 1286 هجري/ 1869 على يد الحاج محمد شريف الرمزي من تلاميذ محمد الحلمي؛ 304 ورقة غربية حديثة، 133:207 ملم؛ كراسات خماسية؛ ديباجتان لسورة الفاتحة وأول البقرة، حسب الأسلوب العثماني المتأخر الذي نلاحظ فيه تاثير غربي واضح (فلورنسي)؛ صفحة 304أ: "كتبه شريف" وهي خاتمة الناسخ داخل لوحة محلاة على الاسلوب المذكور؛ جلدة منقوشة بالذهب.
