Thick yellow parchment with several small holes. Has been once used as covering. Ruled in brown ink (2 and 2 vert. bounding lines). Text space 160 x 215 mm. 1 col., 5 lines written in dark brown ink, one hand. Partly faded out.
Decoration: 4 lines blue and brown initials. Some red letters and capitals touched by red.
