3 leaves from another contemporary MS. Thin yellowish, slightly wrinkled parchment. The lower part of two leaves is torn away. Margins: 34, 67, 28, 42 mm. Ruling in lead point. Bounding lines: 1, 2, 1 vert., 1 and 1 hor., in brown ink. Text space 137 x 92 mm. 1 col., 40 lines, written in brown ink, set below top line, several hands. Numerous contemporary glosses and corrections. On the rear pastedown appears a 15th c. table of contents. Foliation is modern, in grey pencil in the upper right corner. Catchwords framed in two groups of three dots each.
Collation: I?(ff. 1-3), II12 one lost (ff. 4r-14v), III-XV12, XVI? (f. 171) only one remaining.
Decoration: 7-line first historiated red initial M(edecina), enclosing an image of sitting master facing two students on golden background. Several painted initials. Alternatively red and blue initials with penwork. Red rubrics and red and blue paragraph marks.
Binding: 252 x 181 mm. 16-17th c., red worn-out velvet over wooden boards, sewn on 4 triple thongs. Rebacked spine. Metal fittings and leather clasp.
