نسخة بغدادية غالبا،ً كتبت على يد عبد الوهاب بن محمد بن أبي القاسم بن عباس البغدادي المعروف بابن الحداد، وذلك في النصف الأول من القرن السابع الهجري /الثالث عشر غالبا؛ 119 ورقة شرقية متينة، 192:268 ملم؛ كراسات رباعية معدودة بالأرقام الهندية؛ المسطرة 15 سطرا؛ً خط نسخي معتاد واضح؛ العناوين مكتوبة بالقلم العر يض .
تشتمل على الأجزاء 13-16 من تجزئة الثلاثين، من موضع من كتاب فرض الخمس الى موضع من كتاب المغازي.
