تأليف يحيى بن عيسى البغدادي، الشهير بابن جزلة والمتوفى سنة 493 هجري/ 1099، ضمنه ذكر جميع الأدوية والأشربة والأغذية، مرتبة على حروف المعجم، وقدم له مقدمة مفصلة، وعمله خدمة للمقتدي بأمر الله (467 هجري-487/1074 هجري -1094). نسخة بغدادية(؟) من القرن السادس الهجري/الثاني عشر. مخروم الأول والآخر؛ رقمت الاوراق بأحرف الجمّل، ووفقاً لهذا الترقيم نرى أنه قد سقطت الورقات أ، د-ز، يه-يو، قج-قح وما بعد قس؛ جلدت ورقة قـ[ـي](101) بعد قل (130)" خطأ. يبتدئ الموجود في موضع من المقدمة: "فبدات بالالف وما يليه حرفا بعد حرف الخ"؛ صفحة 13ب: "باب الالف" والمواد الأولى منه: ابرسيم، ابهل، ابنوس، ابار، ابن عرس، ابوال ابو خلسا(!)، ابرق، اترج الخ وينتهي الى مادة مرداسنج. في الهوامش زيادات أكثرها بخط كاتب النسخة. Minhāj al-bayān fīmā yastaʿmiluhu al-insān. Description and uses of drugs, foods and drinks in alphabetical order, by Yaḥyā b. ʿĪsā al-Baghdādī, known as Ibn Jazla (d. 493/1099). Dedicated to the caliph al-Muqtadī bi-amr Allāh (r. 467/1074—487/1094). Baghdadi(?) MS from the sixth/twelfth century. 147 leaves “Baghdadi” paper, 125×158 mm 21 lines quinion quires, numbered with the letters of the alphabet early naskh script, in a small floriated hand dāl with an underdot headings written with a broad pen and initial words written in red ink.
