הכתיבה מוכרת של הסופר הלל בן עלי, הנודע מתעודות רבות שיצאו מביה"ד בפוסטאט, בין השנים 1066-1108 (גויטיין A MEDITERRANEAN SOCIETY ב' עמ' 231) ומוזכר בקטע בודפשט 278.2 DKG בתואר "אלחזן". בצד א' סוף קיקלר ליום כיפור, הבנוי על דמויות מסדר העבודה. לפנינו בתים שבראשן "חז"ק". בצד ב' הפזמון וטורים ה-פ מתוך "אין ערוך אליך" (פזמון: את לחשי ענה נא) לאלעזר קליר, במקביל במחזור יו"כ גולדשמידט, תש"ל, 343 (הטור השני של הפזמון) - 344 שורה 9. רשום עליו מספר סיגנטורה ישנה "39". נושא נוסף: תפלה סדורים ומחזורים GNZ2.
