בסופו הגהות על הספרא (דף 166א): "סליק הגהות רבינו הגאון החסיד נ"ע על ספרא", בראש הגהות ספרי (167א), "הגהות ופירוש על ספרי מרבינו ... אלי' החסיד מווילנא נ"ע", ובראש הגהות המכילתא: "פי' והגהות על ספרי ומכילתא" (237א). לא שלם, חסר תחילת ספרא וההגהות על המכילתא נכתבו עד פרשת השירה, פרשה ז. עם שינויים מהנדפס. בראש דף 154א נכתב: "זה החיבור של אדונינו רבינו הגאון מו"ה אלי' זצ"ל".
