לא שלם, חסר שמות יד:י-יז:ה (בין דף [194] ל[159]). תרגום אונקלוס שונה מעט מהנדפס בסוף כה"י חתימות צנזורים: Censors: "Gio[vanni] Dom[eni]co Vislorini 1609", Fra. Hipp[olitu]s Ferr[arens]is Purgavit 1601". 4 pages at the beginning and 4 pages at the end are fragments of Alexander de Villa Dei (b. circa 1150) Doctrinale puerorum, on parchment with capital letters illuminated. The pages correspond to the lines 1053-1095, 1203-1307, 1410-1463 (almost 200 out of 2645 exameters being in the complete work).
