לוחות מוסדות הצבור כוללים את שם המוסד, מיקומו, שמות בעלי התפקידים במוסד והכנסות והוצאות המוסד.
כולל "לוח שמות האלמנות", "לוח שמות היתומות" (אין אף שם), "לוח שמות היתומים","לוח שמות הבתי כנסיות", "לוח שמות הבתי מדרשות", "לוח שמות הבתי ספר" ו"לוח שמות החברות".
בסוף המפקד תיאור מספר חברות עם התקנונים ודו"ח כספי שלהן.
דף כ ע"ב שיר "לכבוד השר ר' משה מונטיפירי נ"י: היום הזה שירה אחביר/ותפילתי אל אל כביר".
דף כב ע"א שיר נוסף עם אקרוסטיכון משה מונטיפיורי מתחיל: "מי שברך אבותינו .../שמש צדקה ומרפא בכנפי יזריח עליך לרפאותך במהרה רפואה שלמה" ובסופו: "חברתיו אנכי ... יהושע העשיל קאדיסאן נכה רגלים מקאוונא".
