אלבום בכריכת עור עם אבזמי כסף, בגודל 27X36 ס"מ, ובו עשרים דפי קרטון קשיחים. בכל צד של דף שני כיסים, שהותאמו להשחלת תצלומים. בתוך חמישה עשר דפים בלבד, הושחלו בסך-הכל חמישים ושבעה תצלומים של נופים, בעיקר באיזור מדינת קרינתיה, בדרום אוסטריה (Kärnten) הרי טירול ועיירות בסמוך לגבול עם איטליה (בכלל זה גוריציה - Gorizia). כל התצלומים הם בפורמט Cabinet card והם הופקו באופן מסחרי על ידי חברות אוסטריות שונות, בעיקר Würthle & Spinnhirn, Salzburg. על האלבום לא צויינו פרטים כלשהם בכתב, ועל כן תאריך יצירתו וזהות יוצריו אינה ברורה. אל כריכתו הקדמית של האלבום הוצמדה לוחית כסף ועליה נחרת סמל משפחתי המורכב מראשי התיבות: D. E. H. וציור כתר. קרוב לוודאי כי האלבום נוצר בעשור האחרון של המאה התשע עשרה, על ידי משפחת אצולה אוסטרית. |
