Title ארץ ישראל במלחמת העולם הראשונה [אלבום תצלומים].
Additional Titles World War I in Palestine [Album of photographs]
Scope and content קבוצה של 145 הדפסי כסף מתצלומים בשחור לבן, המתעדים את יחידות הצבא התורכי, הגרמני והאוסטרו-הונגרי בימי מלחמת העולם הראשונה באיזור ארץ ישראל וסיני, וכן את יחידות הצבא הבריטי בארץ, ובייחוד בירושלים, סמוך לימי הכיבוש, בדצמבר 1917. תצלומים אלה נעשו בידי צלמי המושבה האמריקאית בירושלים (American Colony in Jerusalem) והם מתארים את יחידות הצבא השונות שפעלו בארץ בימי המלחמה, ובכלל זה יחידות רפואה, הספקה, אפסנאות, חימוש, ועוד. כן כוללת קבוצת תצלומים זו דיוקנאות של חברי הפיקוד הבכיר של כוחות הצבא בארץ. אוסף תצלומים זה נרכש על ידי הספרייה הלאומית בשנת 1973, ויש להניח כי הדפסי הכסף עצמם הופקו מן התשלילים המקוריים שבאוסף מטסון (Matson Photo Service) בשנות השישים של המאה העשרים. בגב כל תצלום נכתב תיאורו בעפרון וכן צויין מספרו.
