The rectangular ketubah consists of the traditional text in the lower portion, surrounded by a double frame and a decorated top. Wedding in Isfahan on monday,14 Nisan 5666 (09.04.1906). Groom: Abraham ben Mordechai; bride: Chorashid daughter of Jacob. The thirteen lines of text are written in squer Hebrew letters, in Persian Judeo, ends with four signatures. The top of the Ketubah, in the shape of an oriental arch, with an interior floral background, depicts a tree (?) flanked by two facing lions covering rising suns.A disc flanked by two birds are surmounted over the lions. The text is flanked by two panels decorated with oriental arches which each is decorated with a bird and floral pattern. The bottom of the frame is decorated with three cartouches, each with a tree (?) in its center and a floral pattern. The outer frame bears two inscriptions: on top, in Aramaic: " בסימנא טבא ובמזלא יאה ובסיעתא דשמיא אורה " "In good omen and in proper luck and with great assistance of the Lord " On the three remaining sides, starting from the upper right, inscribed the verses from Isaiah 61:9-10.
