Title The Shulamit Waterfall in Ein Gedi the source of which is the Nahal David River.
Scope and content The waterfalls in the region are plentiful at the moment because of the absolute abundance of rain that the desert region received this winter. The Society for the Protection of Nature in israel claims that the desert has not received as much water in a single season for over 100 years. The area of Ein gedi is very popular hiking area amongst nature-loving Israelis and tourists and is home to a varied wild life including Ibex and leopards. The leopards are currently very scarse and a protected spieces. Photo shows: The Shulamit Waterfall in Ein Gedi the source of which is the Nahal David.
