Scope and content הדפס כסף מקורי מתצלום שחור לבן שהופק על ידי שירות הצילום הרשמי של כוחות הצבא הבריטי, ובו נראית תזמורת צבאית מנגנת בכיכר העיר יפו, על רקע בניין הקישלה (בית הכלא התורכי), אל מול בית הסראייה (מבנה המימשל). בתצלום נראה גם קהל האזרחים והחיילים שנכח בקונצרט מאולתר זה, תחת כיפת השמיים. בגב התצלום הודבקה תוית מודפסת באנגלית ובה תיאור התצלום, וכן הוטבעו חותמות הצנזורה הצבאית הבריטית וחותמת סוכנות הצילום הצבאית הרשמית, אשר הפיקה והפיצה את התצלום. על התצלום לא צויין תאריך כלשהו, אך יש להניח כי הוא נוצר בשנת 1918.
