Scope and content תצלום שחור-לבן ובו נראה תבליט חימר המתאר את מתתיהו החשמונאי (עונד את החושן וחובש את מצנפת הכהן הגדול) בעת מאבק, ולרגליו חייל יווני שפגיון פילח את ליבו. על פי הרקע שעליו צולם תבליט זה, יש להניח שהתצלום נעשה בסטודיו של הפסל. בגב התצלום, נכתב בדיו, בעברית: "החשמונאים / נדבה מאת י. רוחמובסקי לגנזי יוסף בירושלים." כפי הנראה, תבליט זה נוצר בידי הפסל היהודי יעקב רוחמובסקי, בראשית המאה העשרים, ונתרם לבית הספרים באמצעות ד"ר יוסף חזנוביץ', ביאליסטוק.
