Scope and content זוג הדפסי כסף מתצלומים עוקבים שנעשו בזה אחר זה, בטקס הנחת אבני הפינה לבנייני האוניברסיטה העברית בירושלים, אשר נערך בהר הצופים, ט"ו באב תרע"ח (24 ביולי 1918). בימין שני התצלומים, נראית החופה שנפרשה מעל המקום בו הונחו האבנים, ולפניה עומד (באחד התצלומים בצדודית, ובאחר - בגבו למצלמה) - מרדכי בן הלל הכהן, אשר הקריא את שמות המכובדים שנקראו להניח את האבנים. לשמאלו, נראה קהל המכובדים שנכח בטקס, וברקע - דגל "בית המדרש למורים העברי", שנשאו תלמידי הסמינר שנכחו שם. באחד התצלומים נראה גם חיים וייצמן, אשר נאם בטקס, עומד משמאל למקום הנית האבנים. (בצדודית). בתיק גם: הדפס נוסף, מוקטן, של תצלום עוקב שלישי, שצולם מאותה זווית ובאותו זמן. הדפס מוקטן זה נתרם לבית הספרים הלאומי על ידי מרדכי בן הלל הכהן. בכל ההדפסים הוטבעה חותמת הצלם שהפיק אותם: "יעקב בן דוב, בצלאל ירושלם".
