תצלום נוף ובו נראים שנים עשר בתיה של השכונה היהודית "הרצליה" במעלה העיר חיפה, סמוך לכרמל. על פי הנראה בתצלום וכן הכתובית שבגבו, יש להניח שהוא צולם בסמוך להשלמת בנייתם של בתי השכונה על ידי "אגודת אחים", בין השנים 1909-1910. התצלום מודבק על גבי מסגרת קרטון מעוטרת, ובגבה חותמת הצלם: "צלמן [!] צבי פייגין, טבריה וסביבותיה - Photographie Feigin, Tiberias". יש להניח שתצלום זה נשלח מארץ ישראל לאחד מחברי הוועד הפועל של ההסתדרות הציונית העולמית, כנראה אוטו ורבורג. |
