Scope and content שלושה תצלומים בהם נראים משתתפי התהלוכה לכבוד ספרי התורה שהוחזרו לתל אביב, לאחר ש"הוגלו" לפתח תקוה בזמן מלחמת העולם הראשונה. בתצלום הראשון נראים חיים ויצמן ולצדו הרב בן ציון מאיר חי עוזיאל (במרכז) אוחזים בספרי תורה, בשער החגיגי שהוקם בשדרות רוטשילד לכבוד המאורע, ומסביבם דגלים וכרזות. מימין, בנעליים לבנות, מגבעת ומשקפיים: מרדכי בן הלל הכהן. בתצלום השני נראה הרב בן ציון מאיר חי עוזיאל (שלישי משמאל) בחברת נכבדים אחרים, נושאים את ספרי התורה. בתצלום השלישי נראית התהלוכה בפאתי תל אביב, וכן נראה "שער הכבוד" שהוכן לכבוד המאורע.
