Description The wooden Torah case is seven faceted
each facet is decorated with a vertical plant, bearing flowers with red orange green and black petals. A couple of birds are on both the top and middle of each facet. All of the decoration is wit A moorish arch frames each facet. It is decorated with a gold floral pattern upon a black background. The case is closed by two pairs of silver clasps. Two pairs of hinges are on the back of the case. The top of the case has two openings for staves and is decorated with eight petaled flowers. The inside of the flower is decorated with flowers and intertwined branches upon a cream background. Outside the flower is decorated with a gold floral pattern upon a black background.
