Description The silver cup has a cylindrical upwards boardening shape. The cup is decorated with a reliefed foliate pattern on a dotted backround. In the centre is a cartouche bearing an inscription which is engraved in filled outline letters, and reads: לכבוד שבת קודש כוס יין ירושלם עיה"ק )עיר הקודש( ת"ו)תבנה ותכונן( שנת כ" עתיק ג"י יוסף תהס ג"פ "For the honour of Shabat Qodesh (holy Sabbath) A wine cup Jerusalem The holly city(int) May it be built and established(int) The year 1840 Joseph
