    דף מס' 8 כולל תפילות הקבע של שחרית לשבת, תחילת ברכות קריאת שמע: "לאל אשר שבת ... את שם האל המלך"

    בדף מס' 9 סוף (בתים צ-ת) של הפיוט יוצר המסתיים "ואכלתם אכול ושובע והללתם"

    דף הממוספר "10-11" (כנראה שני צדדים של אותו דף) מתוך תפילת העמידה לראש השנה, ברכת קדושה עם התוספות: "ובכן תן פחתדך ... ותמלך אתה ... והושיענו בו לחיים טובים"

    הדף השני: צד א' כולל טור 55 ואילך מהיוצר לשבת שובה לפי מנהג פולין המתחיל "אשחר אל אל כל שנות עדני" למנחם בן מכיר (גולדשמידט מחזור לימים נוראים ח"א עמ' 312-313). המשכו בצד ב' כולל ברכת המאורות מתפילות שבת, כולל הפיוטי "אל אדון על כל המעשים"
