The catalogue of an exhibition on Jewish life in Brigittenau, a district of Vienna, from 1900 to the present. Pp. 25-48 deal with the Holocaust period: the "Anschluss" in March 1938, the anti-Jewish measures, the "Kristallnacht" pogrom, Aryanization, persecution, and deportation. Pp. 49-60 include a list of 158 names of former Jewish residents of Brigittenau who were deported to concentration camps.
