Scope and content תצלום צבע שבו נראית אישה מגישה חצי כיכר לחם לנזיר. על פי עדותו של הצלם, זהו תיעוד של סחר חליפין בין אחת מתושבות רחביה היהודית עם אחד מנזירי מנזר המצלבה, ותמורת הלחם הוא סיפק לה מים מן הבאר שבתחום המנזר. תצלום זה נעשה בימי המצור על ירושלים, באביב תש"ח.
صورة ملونة يظهر بها امرأة تقدم نصف رغيف خبز لأحد الرهبان. بحسب شهادة المصور كانت هذه عملية مقايضة بين احدى نساء حي رحافيا اليهوديات مع أحد رهبان دير المصلبة، ومقابل الخبز وفر لها الماء من البئر الذي يقع في محيط الدير. الصورة التقطت خلال فترة حصا المدينة في ربيع 1948
