זוג עותקים בלתי זהים מאותה גלויה, ובה הדפס רשת מתצלום שחור לבן של המצבה על קברו של בנימין זאב הרצל. באחת הגלויות נצבע הדימוי בחלקו, בתהליך ההדפסה. על הגלויה לא צויינו שם הצלם או תאריך הצילום, אך יש להניח כי הצילום המקורי נעשה סמוך לשנת 1960, עם השלמת הקמתה של המצבה הקבועה על קברו של חוזה המדינה, במתחם בית העלמין אשר על הר הרצל. גלויה זו לא היתה בשימוש, ועל-פי הנדפס בגבה, היא הופקה על ידי חברת פלפוט (Palphot, Herzlia) בישראל. שתי הגלויות הן בעלות אותו מספר סידורי, מתוך סדרת "פוטונה" - Photona.
