מקסה נורדאו (1991-1897), ציירת וסופרת צרפתית, בתו של המנהיג הציוני מקס נורדאו. האוסף כולל מכתבים אל מקסה נורדאו, מכתבים אל אביה, מקס נורדאו, כתבי יד ורשימות של חלק מיצירותו ותעודות אוניברסיטאיות.

Biographical summary Maxa Nordau (Paris 1897 - 1991) was a French painter, daughter of the Zionist leader Max Nordau. Maxa was influenced by the Paris School of painting.
Ownership history The collection was purchased at interencheres (France) in November 2016. Previously the items have been part of Maxa Nordau's private papers. There was almost no arrangement among the materials at the time of its transfer. According to the provinence and the different persons involved in creating the collection, it has been arranged in four series.
