גלויה בלתי מחולקת ובה רפרודוקציה מאיור של האמן היהודי-גרמני אפרים משה ליליין שבו נראה צעיר אבל, בין שני נרות זכרון, ומעליו שוכבת גופת נערה מעורטלת. האיור נלקח מתוך ספר שיריו בגרמנית של ברון מינכהאוזן, "יהודה": Juda / Gesänge von Börries, Freiherrn v. Münchhausen ; mit Buchschmuck von E.M. Lilien. גלויה זו הופקה בראשית פעילותה של הוצאת Phoenix בעיר ברלין. הוצאה לאור זו, בבעלותו של ליאו וינץ (Leo Winz) התמחתה בגלויות אמנותיות על נושאים יהודיים לאומיים. גלויה זו לא היתה בשימוש, והיא הוצאה מתוך אוסף אברהם שלום יהודה.
