גלויה מחולקת ובה הדפס רשת מתצלום שחור לבן של הקצה הצפוני ברחוב ביאליק, תל אביב. בחזית התמונה נראה הגן שסביב בית חיים נחמן ביאליק (מימין) וברקע, בניין עיריית תל אביב, רחוב ביאליק 27, (בית סקורה). במקום המיועד לבול, צויין כי הגלויה נדפסה בצ'כוסלובקיה. גלויה זו לא היתה בשימוש, ולא צויינו עליה פרטים כלשהם באשר לזהות הצלם או תאריך הצילום. ככל הנראה, היא הופקה באמצע שנות השלושים של המאה העשרים. גלויה זו לא היתה בשימוש.
