גלויה מחולקת ובה רפרודוקציה מן התבליט: "אם עבריה", מאת בוריס ש"ץ. בתבליט מוצג ילד בזרועות אמו, משלשל מטבע של צדקה אל תוך קופת רבי מאיר בעל הנס. רפרודוקציה זו נדפסה בטכניקה של פוטוגרויורה (Photogravure), בגוני חום, והטקסט על הגלויה ובגבה בצבע אדום. בגב הגלויה נדפס שוב תיאורה בגרמנית, בציון מספרה ומספר הסדרה (339 Ser. K 23) וכן נדפס סמל ההוצאה לאור האמנותית של הקרן הקימת לישראל - קק"ל (Kunstdruck Verlag des Jüdischen Nationalfonds) שפעלה בעיר וינה, אוסטריה.
