גלויה מחולקת ובה הדפסת-בלט מתצלום המתעד את ביקורו של הנסיך ארתור, בנה של המלכה ויקטוריה (Prince Arthur, Duke of Connaught and Strathearn) בעיר העתיקה של ירושלים, סמוך לאחר כיבושה בידי הצבא הבריטי. בתצלום, שנעשה כנראה בסוף אפריל 1918, נראה הדוכס (צועד ראשון, משמאל) לצד הגנרל אלנבי, במדרגות הרובע הנוצרי בעיר העתיקה בירושלים, בדרכם אל כנסיית הקבר. גלויה זו הודבקה על גבי כרטיס ברכה לכבוד השנה האזרחית החדשה (כנראה 1919) ובתוכה שולבו ברכה מודפסת וכן פרחים מיובשים. בגב הכרטיס, נוסף הדפס רשת (כנראה מתצלום) של בתי העיר בית לחם ותחתיו נדפסה הכותרת: "General view of Bethlehem". על הכרטיס לא נדפסו פרטים כלשהם באשר לזמן או מקום הפקתו, אך יש לשער כי הוא נוצר בארץ ישראל, בסוף 1918.
